White Oaks Mall is Central Illinois’ largest enclosed retail shopping facility with over 115 stores. Anchored by Macy's, Bergner’s, Dick's Sporting Goods and Sears, it also has specialty shops like Abercrombie & Fitch, The Limited and Gap. In addition to the food court, there are numerous restaurants in the mall and surrounding plaza. The beautiful, double-decker Italian Carousel is not accessible but does have sleighs so parents can transfer and ride with children who have limited mobility. Manual wheelchairs can be borrowed from Guest Services in the Central Court near the Carousel.

Located directly across Veterans Parkway from White Oaks Mall, this strip mall has several restaurants and discount stores.
Southwest Plaza

On the west side of Veterans Parkway and just south of White Oaks West is Southwest Plaza. Retailers here include Old Navy, Best Buy, Barnes and Noble, Bed, Bath & Beyond and a variety of discount stores.
Parkway Pointe
Freedom Drive and Veterans Parkway
Anchored by Target, Walmart and Menards, this shopping center has a variety of specialty stores and restaurants. Kerasotes Parkway Pointe cinema is also located here. The shopping is especially convenient for guests at the four hotels on Freedom Drive: Comfort Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield Inn and Sleep Inn.
Prairie Crossing

Prairie Crossing primarily has auto dealerships. Also located here are a Meijer Superstore and Gander Mountain and several chain restaurants including Monical's Pizza and O'Charley's.

Anchored by Burlington Coat Factory and MC Sports, this older shopping center has a variety of specialty shops, personal services and restaurants.
