Their downtown office has a complete selection of brochures and maps, with staff on hand to answer any questions and provide the most current information on opening hours and entertainment and dining options. The CVB handles group reservations for Springfield's state-run attractions and with advance notice will help ensure that the needs of any members with disabilities are properly accommodated.
